We are currently seeking a Social Media & Community Manager (Chinese Speaker) on behalf of one of our clients.

As part of its ongoing growth strategy, the company is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to strengthen its engagement with Chinese-speaking audiences and support community growth across key social media platforms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing Chinese-speaking online communities and social media channels, driving engagement, and supporting the company's brand presence across relevant digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels and online communities.
• Engage with users, respond to comments and messages, and moderate discussions.
• Coordinate content publishing and community engagement activities.
• Monitor community feedback, sentiment, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaker with good English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing WeChat, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms.
• Strong community engagement and moderation skills.
• Experience within FinTech, Trading, Forex, CFD, Financial Services, or a related industry is preferred.
