Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the compliance function and team.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and monitoring programmes.
• Identify and manage compliance risks.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and investigations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the business remains compliant.
• Prepare regulatory reports and communicate with relevant authorities.
• Report compliance matters to senior management and the Board.
• Provide compliance training across the organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory experience within an active regulated company.
• 1+ year of management or team leadership experience.
• Relevant regulatory certification for the jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• AML certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity is a plus.
• Local language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
