Are you an organised, analytical professional who enjoys CRM, reporting, commercial coordination and working across multiple departments? I’m currently hiring for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join an established company within the FinTech / Financial Services industry in Limassol.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting Commercial operations
• Maintaining client, partner and KPI data
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Tracking sales performance and targets
• Ensuring CRM data accuracy
• Supporting events, webinars and campaigns
• Assisting with partner onboarding
• Coordinating with internal teams
• Supporting commercial projects and improvements.
• Preparing reports and presentations.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field
• 2–4 years' experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar within FinTech / Financial Services industry
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Fluent English
• Interest or previous exposure to FinTech / Financial Services is a strong advantage
