Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Manager for a fast-growing international digital entertainment platform. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with expertise in online payments, treasury, accounting, and multi-entity financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payment providers, banks, and gateway relationships.
• Oversee settlements, reconciliations, chargebacks, treasury, and creator payouts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and board reporting.
• Manage month-end close, audits, financial controls, and accounting.
• Ensure US/EU tax and regulatory compliance.
• Support fundraising, financial modelling, and strategic initiatives.
• Improve finance systems and operational processes.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience across finance, treasury, FP&A, and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways, acquiring, settlements, and chargebacks.
• Experience in a multi-entity international business.
• Background in high-volume payments (e.g. creator platforms, iGaming, sports betting, fintech, online trading).
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
