Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of IB – Thailand to lead and expand our regional growth efforts within the forex and fintech industries. This role will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, enhancing team and departmental performance, and building strong, long-term partner relationships to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of IB performance and business growth in Thailand, ensuring achievement of revenue, trading volume, and market expansion objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan tailored specifically to the Thai market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, resolve market challenges proactively, and deliver measurable growth outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to achieve both individual and team targets.
  • Define and manage clear KPIs for the department, regularly track performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Build and execute strategies to acquire new partners while strengthening and growing existing relationships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, and Compliance, to align business initiatives and market objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, partner performance, and key metrics to uncover growth opportunities and optimise overall performance.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximise engagement, retention, and revenue potential.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and improve departmental efficiency and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB) roles within the Forex or Fintech industry, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong proficiency in both Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional and commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing Business Development teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage in strategic discussions with partners and key industry players.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including reporting, analysis, and pivot tables.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, especially forex, crypto, or related trading products.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and listening skills, with a successful track record in securing partnerships and improving partner performance.
