We're currently supporting a growing international FinTech company in the search for a People & Culture Partner / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the LATAM region.

  • Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Stakeholder Management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience across HR Generalist, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition functions
  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Fluent Spanish and fluent English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Ability to manage both HR and recruitment responsibilities
