Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth within the FX/CFD brokerage ecosystem. The role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with FX/CFD brokerage firms, supporting their business growth through tailored solutions, and expanding the company’s presence across global financial markets.

You will act as a key commercial link between the company and brokerage clients, helping them scale operations, improve performance, and increase revenue through our services.

Key Responsibilities:-

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and onboard FX/CFD brokerage firms as clients.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of brokerage partners across key regions (MENA, Europe, LATAM, Asia).
  • Present and position company solutions tailored to brokerage operational needs.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in brokerage firms (CEOs, COOs, Heads of Sales, IB Managers).
  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for key accounts.
  • Understand client business models and provide relevant growth-focused solutions.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue through the acquisition of new broker clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing brokerage clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Expansion

  • Identify industry trends within FX/CFD brokerage operations and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams, including product and marketing.
  • Support business expansion into new geographies and client segments.

Strategic Engagement

  • Participate in industry events, expos, and networking forums (Forex/Fintech/B2B finance events).
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the FX/CFD ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to enhance client offerings.

Requirements:-

Experience

  • 4–8+ years in B2B business development, preferably in FX/CFD, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven experience working with FX/CFD brokerage firms or financial institutions.
  • Strong track record of closing B2B deals and managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Existing network of FX/CFD brokers is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in Dubai or international financial hubs is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of FX/CFD brokerage operations (liquidity, CRM systems, IB networks, trading platforms, risk models).
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level executives, founders).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
