CRM Associate (Marketing Automation)

Job Description

Searching for a CRM Associate to join our marketing automation team and be responsible for campaign execution, lifecycle communications, and promotional strategy throughout our trading platform.

This position is hands-on. You will be responsible for creating, launching, and optimising campaigns inside Braze, as well as influencing user communication throughout the whole lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Braze to create and launch campaigns across push, email, in-app, and SMS channels.
  • Create user journeys, segments, and triggers depending on behaviour.
  • Monitor campaigns for accuracy and performance.
  • Manage critical lifecycle flows, including onboarding, activation, retention, and churn avoidance.
  • Identify drop-offs in the user path (signup, deposit, first trade, active).
  • Optimize flows to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Manage promotional schedule and execution, including bonuses, offers, and incentives.
  • Regularly transmit vital messages to consumers.
  • Align promotions with user behaviour, such as post-loss, inactivity, and low balance.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team on marketing concepts and testing.
  • Track performance metrics, including CTR, conversion, retention, and LTV effect.
  • Conduct A/B testing for messaging, timing, and offers.
  • Generate insights and iterate rapidly.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of expertise with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Braze and related technologies such as Iterable and Customer.io.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, triggers, and user journeys.
  • Demonstrates a data-driven approach, able to analyse and improve campaign results.
  • Detail-oriented, with zero tolerance for faulty campaigns.
  • Rapid execution and iteration capabilities.
