Role Description 

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead and grow the company's presence in their particular nation. This is a strategic leadership position tasked with driving company development, managing regional operations, and leading local teams to achieve business goals.  

The ideal applicant is a results-oriented leader with a successful track record in the B2B Forex/CFD business. You will be in charge of discovering market prospects, building strong client and partner connections, and implementing growth plans that are consistent with the Company's?global vision. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Take full responsibility for the country's company operations, sales success, and market expansion. 
• Develop and implement growth plans to increase local market presence. 
• Manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partnerships.  
• Lead a high-performing local team by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring personnel to surpass objectives.  
• Build a strong local brand presence through smart partnerships, events, and marketing efforts.  
• Analyze local market trends, regulations, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.  
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support departments to provide customized client experiences.  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals while maintaining high client satisfaction.  
• Act as the primary representative and spokesman in the local market. 
• Requirements: 
• Proven expertise in B2B Forex or CFD Sales/Account Management is required. 
• Proven leadership or country management experience in the financial services or trading business. 
• Strong grasp of the local market, including client segments, competitors, and regulatory needs. 
• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, motivating and influencing stakeholders at all levels. 
• The position requires fluency in both English and the native language (verbal and written).
