Country Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Country Manager to lead and expand company’s presence in South Korea. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and leading local teams to meet business objectives. 

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in the B2B Forex/CFD industry.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Take full ownership of national level business operations, sales performance, and strategic market expansion 
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand company’s presence in the local market. 
  • Lead the acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners. 
  • Build and lead a high-performing local team; recruit, coach, and mentor staff to achieve and exceed targets. 
  • Ensure a strong local brand presence through strategic partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations. 
  • Analyze local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities. 
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Support teams to deliver tailored client experiences while consistently driving monthly and quarterly performance targets with a focus on client satisfaction 
  • Act as the main representative and spokesperson for company in the local market. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in a B2B Forex or CFD Sales/Account Management role is essential. 
  • Fluency in English & Native Language (verbal + written) is required. 
  • Previous leadership or country management experience within the financial services or trading industry. 
  • Possess deep knowledge of the local market landscape, including client segments, competitive dynamics, and regulatory frameworks. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
