They are looking for a Chief Financial Officer. The position would be ideal for an experienced financial executive with a global mindset and a background in managing complex financial operations within the financial services industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role involves setting and executing the organization’s financial strategy in line with corporate goals.
• You are required to collaborate with senior leaders across various business units to deliver financial insights and strategic support.
• You'll be responsible to contribute to growth initiatives, including global expansion and M&A evaluations.
• Administering consolidated financial reporting and statements across multiple countries and divisions.
• Your role also involves ensuring adherence to IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Managing all financial planning functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term scenario planning.
• Leading both internal and external audit processes while maintaining compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Overseeing global treasury functions, including cash flow, funding, and capital allocation strategies.
• Building and maintaining effective banking relationships and handling investor-related communications as required.
• Leading and mentoring a distributed global finance team, instilling a culture of accountability and financial excellence.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Quite an acquaintance of international financial reporting standards and cross-border regulatory environments.
• Must be skilled in corporate finance, capital markets, taxation, and enterprise risk management.
• Ensure that you deliver exceptional financial insights using advanced Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines in a fast-moving, global setup.
• You are also expected to hold a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading finance functions in multinational environments is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic decisions.
• Fluent English, Russian language is nice to have
