What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines using cloud-native tools to ingest, process, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Create and manage reliable ingestion processes from internal systems (ERP, CRM) and external APIs into the data platform.
• Design and maintain scalable storage solutions with a focus on performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data availability for downstream users.
• Ensure high data quality and reliability by setting up automated testing, alerting, and pipeline monitoring.
• Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to structure and curate clean, queryable datasets and documentation.
• Build systems that scale with business growth and adapt to increasing complexity of data sources and formats.

What they expect from you:

• 3–7 years of hands-on data engineering experience, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly data storage, orchestration, and streaming tools.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for pipeline development and scripting.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.
• Skilled in designing and building data pipelines, orchestration workflows, ETL/ELT processes, and scalable data architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices in a data context and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with data governance, access control, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to define and execute data engineering roadmaps supporting analytics, reporting, and product needs.
