Ideal Candidate profile:

• Fluency in Spanish & English
• Experience in sales / account management / customer service, ideally in trading or financial markets
• Strong relationship management & negotiation skills
• Proactive and confident communicator across calls, email, and chat
• Knowledge of CFDs, forex, and financial instruments is a big plus!
