Junior Creative Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer with a background in graphic design and production, as well as experience integrating AI technologies into design workflows.

You will collaborate with designers, developers, and agencies to create high-quality, on-brand assets for digital, print, and social platforms. Use automation and generative AI technologies to improve speed and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Use a combination of traditional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) with AI platforms (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Canva AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, or Creatify) to improve results both in terms of efficiency and quality.
  • Manage BAU and production design activities, ensuring timely, technically accurate, and brand-aligned assets.
  • Work with marketing, CRM, and affiliate teams to translate campaign objectives into visually appealing designs.
  • Optimize files for digital, mobile, and print outputs, guaranteeing performance, quality, and compatibility.
  • Join the company’s Marketing Team. The ideal applicant will follow their brand requirements for all channels and outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of contemporary, scalable creative materials by experimenting with AI-driven formats and visual ideas.
  • Stay current with design, AI, and creative technology developments to implement innovative workflows and visual standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Express, and Canva Pro.
  • Experience using AI design tools - like Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Canva AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, and Creatify.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including great file organization and version control abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and provide constructive criticism.
  • Effective time management and the capacity to meet numerous deadlines concurrently.
  • Strong technical design knowledge, including file formats, resolution optimization, and digital/print design.
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new visual methods.
  • Effective communication abilities, including the ability to communicate design judgments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fintech, trading, or financial service design.
  • Experience with motion graphics applications such as Adobe After Effects or online animation tools.
  • Understanding of UX/UI concepts and a fundamental understanding of tools such as Figma.
  • Prior experience with marketing automation technologies (such as MoEngage and Braze) and CRM/email design
  • Have contributed creatives to data-driven or performance marketing initiatives.
