About the Role: 

An international and fast-growing Forex / FinTech company is seeking a passionate, sales-driven Account Manager with fluency in German and English. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a drive for sales, and a deep understanding of the financial services sector. You will manage client relationships across the GCC region, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, especially within the GCC region 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, promoting the company’s financial products 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, communication protocols, and industry standards 
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets 
  • Stay current with industry trends, especially in Forex and online trading 
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of company products and services to clients 

Candidate Profile: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in an Account Manager role within the Forex or FinTech industry 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus 
  • Strong sales orientation with a passion for achieving targets 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client management tools is an advantage 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
