Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in digital client acquisition and retention within the FX or online trading industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has experience managing high-performing teams in a call centre or telesales setup.

This role will play a crucial part in building out our acquisition and retention strategy — driving new client sign-ups, improving first-time deposit conversions, and extending lifetime client value.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

  • Lead and manage the digital inbound sales process.
  • Oversee sales team handling leads from paid campaigns, organic channels, and IB referrals.
  • Ensure high-quality conversion of leads to funded accounts through persuasive engagement and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.

Client Retention

  • Develop structured retention and reactivation workflows for dormant or low-activity accounts.
  • Design and execute loyalty programs, trading incentives, and engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with top-tier clients and act as escalation point for high-value accounts.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, coach, and performance-manage a multilingual sales team.
  • Define KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of sales and retention targets.
  • Drive sales scripts, training materials, and pitch decks that align with the brand.

Strategic & Cross-functional Work

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, compliance, and product teams.
  • Provide regular reporting on acquisition/retention funnel performance, feedback, and market trends.
  • Support CRM and workflow automation optimizations to improve efficiency.
 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the FX, CFD, or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Experience working in a call centre or digital sales setup with large volumes of daily leads.
  • Deep understanding of MT4/5 platforms, CRM systems, and online client onboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of trading products, regulatory environments, and client lifecycle management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus).
  • Proven ability to drive KPIs such as FTDs, LTV, attrition etc
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to lead by example.
