Note: This role currently operates morning and evening shift. Night shift will be implemented later as company grows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining advanced trading technology solutions for liquidity management and order execution.
• Configuring and supporting proprietary trading engines and post-trade analytics platforms.
• Managing trading server infrastructures, including automation of symbol, group configurations, and trade execution rules.
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high system availability.
• Overseeing client technical onboarding processes to ensure fast and accurate setup.
• Implementing failover procedures and active backup solutions to strengthen system resilience.
• Supporting change management processes including software updates and infrastructure upgrades.
• Utilizing automation tools to reduce manual recurring tasks and improve operational workflows.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess experience with bridge and trading engine technologies such as Centroid, FXCubic, OneZero, or PrimeXM.
• Quite an acquaintance of managing MT4/MT5 server infrastructures with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Must be skilled in working with the FIX protocol and managing post-trade data processing.
• Ensure that you deliver strong troubleshooting and performance optimization within Windows Server environments.
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines, especially during client onboarding and infrastructure setup.
• You are also expected to have knowledge of risk analytics platforms, network protocols, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Additional familiarity with Linux server environments and scripting with Python or PowerShell for automation is an advantage.
