What the job looks like?

  • Lead the execution of recurring marketing campaigns and bonus promotions, reporting to Head of Commercial Operations and aligning closely with Marketing management.
  • Manage Jira tickets across marketing and compliance, assigning tasks, tracking timelines, and resolving blockers.
  • Maintain organized project documentation in Jira and Confluence, including briefs, assets, and process workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance team efficiency, and support reporting needs.
  • Step in during urgent or last-minute changes to ensure project continuity and smooth delivery.
  • Receive incoming campaign and task requests from various departments; clarify requirements and set expectations.
  • Coordinate effectively with Design, Development, Content, Operations, and Promotions teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Liaise closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to identify overlapping initiatives and align priorities.
  • Work with the Social Media team to prepare and assign task tickets for scheduled posts.
  • Open, track, and manage compliance tickets, ensuring materials are reviewed and approved before launch.
  • Act as the main liaison with the Compliance team for campaign approvals and disclaimers.
  • Coordinate translations and localization efforts for global markets, working with local teams or external vendors.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or campaign management within a marketing or operations environment, preferably withing Fintech/Forex industry.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets (or similar platforms).
  • Highly detail-orientation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Real passion for operational excellence and take pride in building processes that help teams move faster and smarter.
  • Clear communication skills and team spirit.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often global environment with shifting priorities.
