What the job looks like?
Lead the execution of recurring marketing campaigns and bonus promotions, reporting to Head of Commercial Operations and aligning closely with Marketing management.
Manage Jira tickets across marketing and compliance, assigning tasks, tracking timelines, and resolving blockers.
Maintain organized project documentation in Jira and Confluence, including briefs, assets, and process workflows.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance team efficiency, and support reporting needs.
Step in during urgent or last-minute changes to ensure project continuity and smooth delivery.
Receive incoming campaign and task requests from various departments; clarify requirements and set expectations.
Coordinate effectively with Design, Development, Content, Operations, and Promotions teams to ensure timely execution.
Liaise closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to identify overlapping initiatives and align priorities.
Work with the Social Media team to prepare and assign task tickets for scheduled posts.
Open, track, and manage compliance tickets, ensuring materials are reviewed and approved before launch.
Act as the main liaison with the Compliance team for campaign approvals and disclaimers.
Coordinate translations and localization efforts for global markets, working with local teams or external vendors.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
Minimum 3 years of experience in project or campaign management within a marketing or operations environment, preferably withing Fintech/Forex industry.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets (or similar platforms).
Highly detail-orientation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Real passion for operational excellence and take pride in building processes that help teams move faster and smarter.
Clear communication skills and team spirit.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often global environment with shifting priorities.
