About the company:

The Company is a global provider of financial services and credit solutions, operating through its various subsidiaries across international markets.

They are looking for a Team Leader to lead the Business Development function across key Asian markets. The position would be ideal for an experienced sales leader with a strong background in FX/CFD or fintech sectors, and a proven ability to drive commercial growth in diverse regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your primary role involves leading a sales team with a focus on building strategy, promoting a results-driven environment, and nurturing individual growth through ongoing coaching and evaluation
  • You are required to identify and build valuable client relationships and explore partnership opportunities in specific regions including India, Thailand, and China
  • You'll be responsible to streamline and enhance sales operations, from managing leads to client onboarding, utilizing CRM systems to increase efficiency and conversions
  • Administering consistent team performance through motivation, support, and regular performance tracking
  • Your role also involves closely monitoring sales metrics and pipelines to recognize areas for improvement and drive better outcomes
  • Analyze customer behaviors, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to support key business decisions
  • Representing the company during industry events, client meetings, and negotiations with high-value stakeholders
  • Collaborating with various internal teams like marketing, compliance, and customer service to refine the customer journey and acquisition strategies

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess experience of 3–5 years in a leadership role within sales, ideally in the online trading, fintech, or FX/CFD industry
  • Quite an acquaintance of guiding and motivating teams to surpass sales targets and commercial KPIs
  • Must be skilled in regional market knowledge and culturally aware of dynamics specific to India, Thailand, and China
  • Ensure that you deliver excellent communication and negotiation outcomes with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines through strategic and operational excellence
  • You are also expected to bring fluency in English; proficiency in languages such as Mandarin, Hindi, or Thai would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and the ability to interpret data for performance improvement
  • Strong adaptability, hands-on approach, and an agile mindset suitable for fastpaced environment
  • Capable of managing several tasks with strong organization and analytical problemsolving skills
