Location: Mexico (onsite) , or remote in Brazil or Colombia

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in the Forex or online trading industry, who is fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish, and eager to grow within an international business environment.

The successful candidate will support our efforts to expand into Latin America, building relationships with new clients and partners while promoting our trading services and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducing brokers and partners.
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Support the execution of regional sales and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis.
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of company offerings and trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5).
• Prepare basic sales reports and assist with CRM updates.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish (spoken and written); English will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Forex, CFDs, or online trading business development or client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of FX trading, platforms and industry methodology.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated, results-oriented and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus.
