They are looking for a Compliance Assistant. The position would be ideal for someone with a strong compliance background in financial services, seeking a full-time, permanent role with exposure to both regulatory tasks and internal operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your primary role involves assisting in reviewing and maintaining the company's internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • You are required to stay informed about updates in legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to the business.
  • You'll be responsible to support the assessment of call monitoring staff, ensuring that quality and compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Administering the identification and reporting of any internal procedure or regulatory breaches across departments.
  • Your role also involves monitoring communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
  • Supporting the daily execution of compliance and AML-related functions across the business.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating registers including complaints, conflicts of interest, and marketing approvals.
  • Reviewing and approving marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assisting in preparing periodic reports required by the regulatory authority.
  • Collaborating with various departments to foster a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Undertaking compliance-related projects or assignments as requested by the Head of Compliance.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess experience of at least 2 years in a compliance-related role within financial or Forex services.
  • Quite an acquaintance of local regulatory requirements, especially those related to investment firms.
  • Must be skilled in working with Microsoft Office and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Ensure that you deliver timely and accurate reports, documentation, and assessments.
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines, even in fast-paced settings.
  • You are also expected to hold a CySEC Advanced Certificate (AML Certificate is a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and the ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
