Senior Business Development Manager - LATAM

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-drive Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the forex industry, fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, and a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and a revenue growth across LATAM.

This role is critical to our global expansion strategy and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment with a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and manage strategic relationships with partners, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and online forums in Spanish and Portuguese speaking regions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings for local markets.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products, platforms features and trading conditions.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales targets and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulations, and local compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish (both written and spoken); English will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of FX markets, brokerage models, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
  • Establish network of partners, IBs and clients in relevant regions is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently or as a part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
