Job Description

Role Overview: 

  • Seeking a Marketing Executive responsible for building and managing partnerships with financial influencers across the Middle East. The role focuses on driving client acquisition through influencer collaborations, customized marketing campaigns, and performance-based initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, approach, and onboard financial influencers, traders, and content creators on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. 
  • Plan and implement tailored marketing campaigns with influencers to boost brand visibility and attract new clients. 
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance based on KPIs like account activations, deposits, and engagement metrics. 
  • Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms. 
  • Work with content teams to ensure all marketing materials are culturally appropriate and resonate with local audiences. 
  • Represent the organization at regional fintech events, conferences, and industry gatherings to strengthen brand presence. 

Qualifications

  • Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing, particularly in influencer partnerships, ideally within fintech or financial services. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Middle Eastern market trends, cultural factors, and consumer behavior. 
  • Skilled in using marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and social media channels. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
