• Your primary role involves building and enhancing backend features within a cloud- native incentive platform.
• You are required to support the migration of legacy components to microservices using modern frameworks and design principles.
• You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal and public APIs, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Administering integration between the platform and various third-party services.
• Your role also involves writing automated unit and integration tests to maintain a high-quality code.
• Assisting junior developers by providing mentorship and participating in knowledge- sharing sessions.
• Actively contributing to code reviews and collaborating on overall technical improvement initiatives.
• Participating in solution planning, technical discussions, and documentation creation.

Expectations s Requirements:

• Should possess experience in backend development, particularly in mid to senior- level roles.
• Quite an acquaintance of Java, Spring, and Spring Boot for building robust backend services.
• Must be skilled in designing and implementing APIs with performance and security in mind.
• Ensure that you deliver high-quality, scalable applications that align with cloud- native principles.
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines while applying DevOps and GitOps practices.
• You are also expected to be familiar with microservice architecture and its associated challenges.
• Additional familiarity with other programming languages and public cloud services is a plus.
• Exposure to containerization technologies and orchestration platforms is desirable.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools and a collaborative mindset for working with international teams is advantageous.
