Senior Accountant

Job Description

The Company is a fast-growing global financial technology group that supports and scales businesses across FX & CFD brokerage, proprietary trading, and platform development sectors. With a network of over 30 companies, the firm specializes in automation, compliance, and enhancing user experiences within the wealth management and financial services landscape.

They are looking for a Senior Accountant. The position would be ideal for a qualified accountant with at least 3 years of postqualification experience and a strong grasp of financial reporting, compliance, and crossborder operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your primary role involves supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes across multiple group entities and ensuring consolidation under US GAAP or IFRS.
  • You are required to assist with intercompany reconciliations, cross-border cash flow planning, and transfer pricing reviews.
  • You'll be responsible to help with the preparation and coordination of both local and group audits while monitoring regulatory developments across jurisdictions.
  • Administering support in drafting and reviewing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), maintaining investor documentation, and preparing board/audit committee materials.
  • Your role also involves contributing to treasury functions such as cash management, FX exposure, cap table tracking, and covenant reporting.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess experience of at least 3 years as a Qualified Accountant, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Quite an acquaintance of international accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS), financial consolidations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Must be skilled in financial coordination, audit processes, and SEC/corporate reporting.
  • Ensure that you deliver accurate financial statements, support due diligence processes, and contribute to integration planning during M&A activity.
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • You are also expected to work independently, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
