Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role involves developing and enforcing advanced operational processes to meet international regulatory requirements
• You are required to supervise global brokerage operations, ensuring seamless compliance and coordination across all active markets
• You'll be responsible to align the brokerage division’s direction with overarching business objectives, optimizing for scalability and performance
• Administering collaboration with executive leadership to embed brokerage priorities into broader corporate strategies and public market goals
• Your role also involves spearheading initiatives to enhance client experience and support long-term, sustainable growth

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess experience of at least 10 years in brokerage or investment management, including 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
• Quite an acquaintance of First Line Price and Best Execution (BE) monitoring practices, especially in meeting compliance expectations
• Must be skilled in interpreting financial and operational data to inform strategic planning and execution
• Ensure that you deliver regulatory-aligned frameworks and robust processes across international jurisdictions
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines, especially in multi-market operational settings
• You are also expected to demonstrate strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a results-driven mindset
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required; certifications such as CySEC Advanced, CFA, or Series 7 are preferred
• Fluency in stakeholder engagement and a track record of successful change management are highly valued
