Back Office Manager

About the Role: 

We’re looking for a hands-on Back Office Manager to lead and scale our Payments, Verification, and Support functions. This role is all about process ownership, cross-team coordination, and pushing automation to the core of how we operate. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership & Operations 
  • Oversee and support team leads in Payments, Verification, and Support. 
  • Work closely with each team to refine workflows, improve SLAs, and ensure KPIs are met. 
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. 

Process & Automation 

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in daily operations. 
  • Design and implement scalable, tech-driven solutions with internal developers and 3rd-party tools. 
  • Own documentation and standard operating procedures for key processes. 

Tech & Tools 

  • Collaborate with the dev team to improve the internal back office tech stack. 
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions that reduce manual work and improve team performance. 

Compliance & Accuracy 

  • Ensure that all operations meet regulatory and business standards. 
  • Oversee quality control and error tracking for back-office outputs.? 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Proven experience in back office or operations management, ideally in a fintech or online broker. 
  • Strong understanding of payments, KYC/verification flows, and customer support operations. 
  • Experience working with internal dev teams and/or product to improve tools and systems. 
  • Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward automation. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and pushing for clarity in fast-moving environments.
