Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role involves executing key initiatives in line with team objectives and growth targets
• You are required to identify and build relationships with decentralized organizations, protocols, and ecosystem collaborators to open up new business avenues
• You'll be responsible to manage the full deal lifecycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating, closing, and ensuring a seamless handover to the team
• Administering outreach efforts and strategies, utilizing an established network in the Web3 industry to foster meaningful partnerships
• Your role also involves tracking industry developments and competitive activity to spot relevant opportunities for expansion
• Collaborating with teams across departments to make sure growth strategies align with product, governance, and marketing goals
• Supporting the preparation of reports, decks, and other materials for both internal updates and external communications
• Representing the company at industry events and in online communities to maintain visibility and strengthen connections

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess experience in driving growth, business partnerships, or client relations within the Web3 ecosystem
• Quite an acquaintance of major players in the field such as DAOs, blockchain protocols, and infrastructure providers
• Must be skilled in forming strategies, identifying prospects, and pushing initiatives forward with clear direction
• Ensure that you deliver strong communication and networking outcomes, maintaining trusted relationships
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines through knowledge of decentralized finance and governance models
• You are also expected to be fluent in English and demonstrate influence or engagement on platforms such as X
