We have partnered with a global multi-asset fintech trading platform that is redefining the trading experience across a wide range of asset classes. Known for their cutting-edge technology and innovative approach, this organization serves a diverse global clientele of institutional and retail traders. As they continue to scale, they are looking to onboard a talented Futures Clearing Finance Manager to support their financial operations.

Position Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven finance professional to join a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience at a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and a solid foundation in accounting. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will focus on managing financial reporting, reconciliations, and process optimization related to the futures clearing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare routine journal entries using NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Generate and deliver accurate, timely financial reports specific to futures clearing for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Support system enhancements, compliance projects, and new product launches impacting futures clearing workflows.
• Manage reconciliation processes between internal systems and clearinghouses (e.g., CME, ICE), resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Review and validate daily P&L for the futures clearing desk in collaboration with trading, operations, and finance teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems; NetSuite is preferred.
• Exposure to treasury operations is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in data analysis and data management.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement initiatives.
